Ive noticed some people are trying to get fit before school starts & i wanted to share what i eat in the morning that keeps me active all day(:
 
Quakers Crispy Mini rice cake ; original
calories: 35 per one cakes
 
Smucker's Pure Strawberry Jam
calories: 50 calories per tablespoon
 
Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter ( light )
calories: 80 calories per tablespoon
 
total : 165 calories
 
I use about half of everything ,
so for me i only use half of a tablespoon of strawberry jam & peanut butter
if you do the math that is
 
peanut butter : 40
strawberry jam : 25
rice cakes : 35
total : 100 claories
 
Directions: { i just thought it would just help(; }
1. Take your rice cake and apply half of a tablespoon ( or full ) of peanut butter
2. Spread the peanut butter
3. Add half of a tablespoon ( or full ) of strawberry jam ontop of the peanut butter
4. Spread the jam
5. your done(:
 
This should take about a minute or two
